Yes Shop Online undertakes to deliver the orders, duly conditioned, after confirmation of payment by the bank. The order is delivered to the address indicated by you in the "Delivery Address" area (address, job, etc). Once the merchandise is shipped from our premises an automatic email will be sent to inform you. Orders will not be sent to PO Boxes.
On the product sheet, you will find the estimated date, on working days, for shipping. At the estimated time for shipment plus the shipping time depends on the carrier you choose and the destination of your order. Any delay in the dispatch of articles, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.
The YESols Shop Online only dispatches on weekdays until 2:00 p.m. In this way, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted for estimated delivery of parcels.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, from 9am to 6pm. The estimated delivery date is indicative only and is the responsibility of the shipping companies. In the event that one of the requested products is not available in stock, Yes Shop Online will contact you by email or telephone within 2 days from the date of payment of the order, in order to inform you. Your order is shipped as soon as all items are available.
