In our online store you have the following payment methods available:

If you choose this method of payment, the customer must send an e-mail to info@yesols.com, with proof of transfer and respective order reference, in order to expedite the process of sending the articles. The payment is valid after confirming the value by the bank. After this confirmation, the order will be dispatched.

ATM is available for payment in any ATM terminal or home banking. When selecting MB, the ATM reference is issued according to the amount to be paid and sent automatically to your email. This email will be sent by "Hipay.com", the company that manages the multibanco references. After using the MB reference, an email will automatically be sent stating that the payment was successful. Payment is only valid for   yesols after confirmation by Hipay.

With ATM, your bank information is never communicated to yesols.

Payshop is available for payment in any participating store to Payshop. When selecting Payshop the reference is issued according to the amount to be paid and sent automatically to your email. This email will be sent by "Hipay.com", company that manages the references of the payshop. After the payment of the reference is sent automatically an email indicating that the payment was successful. The payment is only valid for yesols after confirmation by Hipay.

With Payshop, your bank information is never reported to yesols

Paypal Paypal (recognized worldwide for the security of their transactions) is the simple, fast and secure way to pay for your purchases on the Internet. Includes VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. With PayPal your financial details (such as credit card numbers and bank account numbers) are not shared with third parties.

The online store   YESols undertakes to deliver the orders, duly conditioned, after confirmation of payment by the bank. The order is delivered to the address indicated by you in the "Delivery Address" area (address, job, etc).Once the merchandise is shipped from our premises an automatic email will be sent to inform you. Orders will not be sent for items.

The YESols store only dispatches on weekdays until 17h. In this way, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted for estimated delivery of parcels.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, from 9am to 6pm. The estimated delivery date is indicative only and is the responsibility of the shipping companies. Any delay in the dispatch or ordering of articles, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.

In the event that one of the requested products is not available in stock, YESols online store will contact you by email or by telephone within 2 days from the date of payment of the order, in order to inform. Your order is shipped as soon as all items are available.



In accordance with the legislation in force in the European Union, our customers have the right to cancel a purchase in our online store. Except for custom products or custom to supplier.

Failure to pay the order within 10 (ten) days after the date it was made implies the automatic cancellation of the same.

Within the scope of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and in accordance with applicable legal terms, YESols makes it possible to exchange or return (contract resolution) of articles, within 30 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, provided that the reason of the exchange / return is clearly imputed to the supply of the product or to the transportation of the same. For this purpose we have created some presets for the reason for the return and the possibility to insert up to 3 Photos that prove   the reported anomalies.

How to change / return an article?

We suggest that you do the following:  

- Click on "My orders", identify yourself to access the orders, and click on the order in which you have products that you want to return. Select the product (s) you want to exchange or return and click "Create a return order.  

- Then a field will appear to indicate the reason for the return and click submit request for return. You should indicate whether you want the exchange, creation of a voucher in the value of the order or refund of the value of the order.

- Upon receipt of the order and evaluation by our customer support team, a confirmation email will be sent.

- The products must be returned new, unused altered or washed and must contain all the original labels.

Refund Once the order arrives at YESols, and if   in accordance with the conditions of return, the refund will be made through bank transfer or paypal within a maximum of 30 business days. It is essential that you provide us with the bank identification number (NIB) of a bank in Portuguese national territory to effect the reversal.

Once the chargeback has been made you will be notified by email to the address you left us in your account. Please note that we are not responsible for chargebacks to wrong bank identification numbers, or accounts that you no longer have access to.



The present conditions are regulated by the Portuguese Law and for all questions arising from the interpretation determine as court of jurisdiction the Court of the District of Marinha Grande, expressly renouncing any other.
