YES Shop Online undertakes to deliver the orders, properly packaged, after confirmation of payment by the bank.
The order is delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the “Delivery Address” area. (home, work, etc.). Orders are not sent to PO Boxes.

As soon as the goods are shipped from our facilities, the Customer will be automatically informed by email.

In the product sheet you will find the estimated date, in working days, for dispatch. To the estimated time for dispatch, the transport time is added, depending on the carrier chosen by the Customer and the destination of the order.

YES Shop Online only dispatches on working days, until 17:00, so Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not taken into account to estimate the delivery time of orders.

The estimated delivery date is merely indicative, being the responsibility of the transport companies. Any delay in the shipment of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.
